Minsamongan Tableya is made from 100% cacao mass using UF18, BR25, K9 and W10 varieties of cacao beans, organically grown at the hills of Minsamongan, Quezon and carefully processed using proper fermentation technique. As a social enterprise, MFMPC purchases the beans from their farmer-members. The product is primarily wrapped in aluminum foil and secondarily packaged in a paperboard in cylindrical form.
